SUMMARY:Transferable Skills: Introduction to LaTeX
DESCRIPTION:LaTeX is a free document preparation system. It is particularly
  well suited for scientific and technical documentation and is therefore w
 idely used in academia. This crash course is aimed at researchers from all
  disciplines with no prior knowledge of LaTeX and no programming experienc
 e. Participants will learn how to use a LaTeX editor to structure and type
 set their manuscript\, integrate their bibliography from Zotero\, and crea
 te standardized output formats such as PDF. Crucially\, they will also lea
 rn how to deal with error messages and where to get help when they get stu
 ck. The exercises participants complete during the course can be reused fo
 r their own research publications such as dissertations\, book chapters\, 
 or journal articles.\\r\\nThe course is divided over two half-days on Octo
 ber 13th and 20th\, 2026\, both from 9:00am to 1pm. The course language is
