The Research & Politics (R&P) journal published the article "The electoral consequences of policy-making in coalition governments." with the collaboration of Anthea Alberto.

Does the fulfillment of campaign promises in coalition governments affect the electoral outcomes of cabinet parties? The article uses new comparative COALITIONPOLICY dataset on the implementation of more than 7000 political promises by 217 cabinet parties in 19 Western and Eastern European countries between 2000 and 2015. Contrary to theoretical expectations, the authors do not find an impact of electoral promise keeping on subsequent election outcomes.

In her role at RISE, Anthea Alberto advises researchers on the design, implementation, and data management of social science projects. A special focus is on quantitative social research.
